Scott R. McClure
Scott R. McClure attended Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, where he earned his B.A. Degree in 1998. He then attended the DePaul School of Law in Chicago, Illinois, and earned his J.D. in 2001. Attorney McClure became an Associate at the Law Office of Rhame and Elwood in 2001. He concentrates his practice in Municipal Law, Criminal Law, and Estate Planning. Since working at Rhame and Elwood, Scott has been the Assistant City Attorney for Portage, represented the Portage Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals, Police Merit Board, and Portage Township Trustee. Attorney McClure is currently the Attorney for Porter County, Indiana, and represents the Porter County Plan Commission, Porter County Board of Zoning Appeals, and Porter County Storm Water Management Board. He is also a Public Defender for the Honorable Judge Thode.
